A family, a land, a homecoming
About us
Our decision to grow, produce and export tropical fruit comes from wanting to make the most of the climate and the Sicilian soil of our farm, naturally suited to welcoming exotic plants and helping them thrive.
The homecoming
Out of pride and out of calling we came home in 2018. We planted avocado, mango, lychee and passion fruit trees on the family land, in a region many considered a dead end without a future.
We gave work to our own people and founded Dansifruit with one great aim: to produce tropical fruit that is both beautiful and good, putting our university training to use and making the family land the protagonist.
The people behind it
We are young people with solid entrepreneurial skills and the will to make the farm innovative, sustainable and forward looking, able to make its way not only through the local distribution network but across a much wider national and international reach.
Our staff work in close contact with the territory, they know the area and they have everything it takes to bring excellent produce into being, produce that contributes to a healthy way of living.
Our mission
We are committed to respecting the environment and the land of our island. Sustainability, quality and traceability are our strengths, and our mission rests on full respect for nature: the same nature that lets us offer fruit of the highest quality.
Our vision is to bring healthy, genuine produce to the table, handled in a way that honours tradition. What drives us is a passion for nature and for what it teaches: we have been given a great inheritance, and with it the responsibility to look after it and to make it count.
We believe farming has to keep an eye on what consumers now need in terms of food and health, on how processing is evolving and on the climate change under way, with the sustainability of its own production as the goal, economically, socially and environmentally.

Building a Sicilian farm from nothing, and fighting every day to make it shine, is made easier by the values we have always carried. We believe in complete transparency and in respect for our customers: it is what sets us apart, and it was handed down to us over generations.
